We will remake, or refund your purchase price on any one stamp, for any reason (except for customer typographical errors and shipping/delivery cost), when the stamp is returned to us. This is available one time per customer. We recommend that if you have any quality concerns that you only order one fully guaranteed stamp initially.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE ON ALL TRODAT® STAMP UNITS! All TRODAT® stamp units are fully guaranteed. If for any reason a TRODAT® unit does not function as they should, we will refund or replace the unit, The Die plate has a separate guarantee.
REQUIRED SIGNATURE ON ORDERS: We require your signature on every order you send us. If necessary, we will suggest an alternate stamp which may suit you better. We will fax the Final Proof including prices and deliver date. All final proofs after editing also require your signature.
